Why is it that some managers will send their employees home for a minor dress code violation three hours in to their work schedule, while other employees with the same issues remains working?
There seems to be a trend when one manager dislikes one of the employees the rest of the managers will fallow in suit. When a complaint is made to HR or higher management, there is retaliation to the point of the harassment or termination, providing the employee doesn't quit first. This to me is poor management.
